Clarksville / Montgomery County — 15-25 minutes to Fort Campbell's main gate. Strongest selection of VA-loan-friendly inventory. Best resale liquidity for active-duty families on 2-4 year orders.

Pleasant View / Springfield / White House — 35-50 minutes to post, 20-35 minutes to Nashville. Common pick when one spouse works at Fort Campbell and the other works in Nashville. More land, lower price-per-square-foot.

Hendersonville / Gallatin — Nashville-adjacent Sumner County. Often picked by Air National Guard, Nashville VA medical center personnel, or families finishing service and choosing where to plant.

Nashville proper — VA medical center commutes, downtown postings, or military families who want urban over suburban. We'll be honest about which Nashville areas trade well for VA loans.
