Does it cost anything to have your team send me listings?▾
No. Setting up your search, sending you matches, and answering questions costs you nothing. When you're ready to tour and write offers, buyer representation is often little or no cost to you — in most Middle Tennessee transactions the seller or builder pays the buyer's-agent commission. We disclose exactly where you stand in writing before you commit to anything.
