1. Pre-move strategy session
Before you move, we do an in-person walkthrough, take preliminary photos, and lock in the pricing strategy. This gets the hard part done while you're still local.
2. Coordinated pre-list prep (we run the logistics)
Once you've moved, we coordinate everything left: painters, deep cleaners, photographers, stagers if needed, repairs from inspection findings. You get text updates with progress; we don't need you for the day-to-day.
