Belmont Blvd doesn't have its own commercial strip — it has access to several. The neighborhood's daily-life amenity story is essentially borrowing from 12 South, Hillsboro Village, and the Belmont campus. Here's how residents actually use that geography.

Fido (Hillsboro Village)

Coffee plus full food menu. Decades-deep neighborhood institution.

Restaurants

Belmont Blvd residents draw from both 12 South (The Silly Goose, Burger Up, Bartaco, Josephine) and Hillsboro Village (Sunflower Cafe, Pancake Pantry, International Market in Midtown). Most residents have rotations across both corridors.

Belmont University

The Belmont campus is one of the most beautiful in Nashville. Belmont Mansion (historic house museum), regular concerts at the Massey Performing Arts Center, athletic events, and a campus walk that doubles as a neighborhood amenity.

Sevier Park (12 South)

The 23-acre green space at the southern end of 12 South is an easy walk for most Belmont Blvd residents. Dogs, kids, casual frisbee, the annual Sevier Park Fest.

What's Missing (Honestly)
