This is the most requested floor plan in Middle Tennessee and the one most often mislabeled. The MLS field counts main-level bedrooms; it does not certify that the PRIMARY suite is one of them, so a two-story with a main-floor guest bedroom can land in the same field as a true primary-down plan. The plans that genuinely put the primary on the entry level are common in the newer Sumner and Wilson County subdivisions and much rarer in the 1990s two-story stock. We read the floor plan, not the field, before anyone drives an hour to a showing.
