The same page names the programmes its homes are sold under — Life Tested© home designs, Pulte® Energy Advantage® and Kitchenology™ — and says the homes carry a limited new home warranty. No term schedule for that warranty was published on the page we read, so ask for the written limited warranty document for your plan.
One detail on that page is worth knowing before you shop, because it affects who you are actually buying from: the builder names Centex and Del Webb as separate brands that also build new homes in Nashville. If a community you are looking at carries one of those names, confirm on the contract which entity is building your specific lot and whose warranty applies.

The sales counselor you meet at a Pulte Homes model works for Pulte Homes. That is the role, and a good one knows those plans, those homesites and that build schedule inside out. What the role does not include is representing you on price, on which options are worth buying, on the lot premium, or on the terms of the builder's own contract.
