Pricing evidence we have seen starts around $427,000 for townhomes and around $499,995 for single-family homes, but new-construction numbers move with phase, lot, finishes, and incentives. Clari Park sits adjacent to the community, and The Avenue Murfreesboro is walkable for shopping and dining.

Meadowlark is served by Rutherford County Schools. The zoned schools are Brown's Chapel Elementary and Poplar Hill Elementary, Blackman Middle School, and Blackman High School.
