Sycamore Grove is positioned near I-24 Exit 70, between Murfreesboro and Smyrna, which makes the community convenient for commuters heading in either direction along the I-24 corridor toward Nashville or down into Rutherford County. The Murfreesboro and Smyrna areas put everyday shopping, dining, and services within a short drive.

The community is zoned to Rutherford County Schools. The currently zoned schools are Stewartsboro Elementary School, Blackman Middle School, and Blackman High School. School zoning can be adjusted by the district over time, so we always recommend confirming the current zoning for a specific address with us or the district before you buy.
