Century Communities operates two homebuilding brands under one company, Century Communities and Century Complete, and says on its own About page that it has been building across United States metros for more than two decades. That page publishes its own scale figures, quoted in the table below; we have not restated them in this paragraph because they are the kind of number that moves.
Its Nashville-metro page is organized by county, and on the day we read it covered Antioch, Hermitage, Nashville, Old Hickory, Lebanon, Mount Juliet, Smyrna and Spring Hill — in other words Davidson, Wilson, Rutherford and Maury counties. The page describes both to-be-built homes and quick move-in homes, which are two different transactions: on a quick move-in the plan and the finishes are already decided and the negotiation is about the house that exists, while a to-be-built puts the selections and the timeline back on the table.
On its own community pages the builder publishes a starting price and names a smart-home package, Century Home Connect, as standard equipment. It publishes no warranty program name on the pages we read, so the document to ask for is the written limited warranty that comes with your plan.
What buying from Century Communities is like
Settle first whether you are buying a quick move-in or a to-be-built home from this builder, because almost everything else follows from that — what can still be selected, what the timeline is, and what there is to negotiate. Get the included-features list for your exact plan in writing, confirm which items are part of the standard package and which are current-phase promotion, and ask for the written warranty document. Order your own inspections even on a home the builder has already finished.
Which communities does Century Communities build in?
Every new-construction community on this site that names Century Communities, by county — 8 in total, 8 of them recorded as selling in our own data. Status moves faster than any page does, so call us at 615-265-1000 and we will confirm what is actually releasing homesites this week.
On 2026-09-23 we read Century Communities's own Middle Tennessee community list and compared it with every community above. 2 of them were not on it, and they aremarked below. We keep the page either way — that is our record of where this builder has built — but we will not present a community as something you can buy into today when the builder's own list has moved on from it. A community leaving a line-up is normally a phase closing out.

Rutherford County

Can I bring my own agent to a Century Communities community?
The sales counselor you meet at a Century Communities model works for Century Communities. That is the role, and a good one knows those plans, those homesites and that build schedule inside out. What the role does not include is representing you on price, on which options are worth buying, on the lot premium, or on the terms of the builder's own contract. That is what a buyer's agent does, and in Tennessee you are generally free to bring your own to a builder community at little or no cost to you.
Timing is the part people get wrong. Most builders ask who your agent is on your very first visit, and sorting it out afterwards is an awkward conversation nobody needs. Call us at 615-265-1000 before you walk into the model and your representation is in place from the first appointment — which is also when it is worth the most, because that is when the plan, the homesite and the options are still open.
On a quick move-in the home is finished and the clock is on the builder, which changes the shape of the conversation entirely — and it is a conversation worth having with someone on your side of the table. Call us at 615-265-1000 before your first visit and we will pull the live availability, compare it against what else is standing nearby, and read the contract with you.
