Gallatin trades a longer commute into central Nashville for more home per dollar than you'll find closer in. Before you commit, drive the actual route to wherever you'll be going regularly — at the time of day you'd really be driving it — so the trade-off is one you've measured, not assumed.

The mix of single-family homes and townhomes across more than one floor-plan collection means Avery Trace can fit a fairly wide range — a buyer drawn to the townhomes and the entry price, or someone who wants a larger single-family plan with the pool and playground a short walk from the door. If an on-site pool and a playground are amenities you'd actually use, this community puts them inside the neighborhood rather than across town.
