Celebration Homes is a locally owned, Brentwood-based homebuilder founded in 2001 by Randall Smith along with Corey Craig and Lloyd Craig. From the start the company has focused exclusively on Middle Tennessee, and it cites a record as one of Nashville's Top 20 home builders every year from 2001 to the present. It remains privately held and operates with an in-house integrated team spanning architecture, interior design, landscape design, purchasing, and field execution.

The builder works across the Nashville region and surrounding counties, with active communities in markets including Franklin, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Lebanon, Fairview, and throughout Williamson County. A premium line, Heritage Homes, operates primarily in Williamson County. Celebration was also one of the builders chosen to help launch Phase 1 of Durham Farms, the Freehold Communities master-planned community in Hendersonville (37075), alongside David Weekley Homes, Drees, and Lennar, contributing flexible two-story plans on the community's wider lots.

Celebration is a semi-custom builder: buyers start from a curated library of innovative floor plans and personalize them with designer finishes and customizable options, so a finished home is, in the company's words, "not a copy of their neighbors." The product range is broad, spanning first-time-buyer homes up to executive estates.
